One of the perverted Yamagi High students from School Rumble. He poses as a yearbook photographer, but in truth sells pictures of female students to his fellow perverts. He's able to get away with this because Yakumo happens to be one of those girls, and because while Hanai will protest against such perverse behavior, he reveals he's a hypocrite on the hopes of purchasing pictures of his beloved Yakumo.
