The Wild Thornberrys

Kids love animals. Kids love cartoons, especially Nicktoons. So The Wild Thornberrys was born. Eliza is a girl who travels around the world with her parents who are host a wildlife show, her teen sister Debera, adopted wildchild brother Donnie, and best friend Darwin the chimp. Eliza also has the ability to talk to the animals in every location her family goes, so sneaks off to talk to animals in every episode, which sometimes results in Eliza having to escape being eaten by the animals she longs to talk to. This series was great. The characters were well developed and written, the culture in every place each episode was accurate (as far as I know), and it only increased my love of animals. This is a show every kid should watch to be exposed to adventure and education.
