Like Negima, this anime/manga combines the genres of school life, fantasy and harem comedy to assure a series of pure hilarity. It focuses on a world where next-to everyone is a magician. There is a limit to how much magic a person can use, though. If they use their magic excessively, they will turn to dust and be blown to the four winds. But the real focus is Kazuki, a boy magician everyone previously believed to be pretty much talentless with his magic. This all changes when it's discovered his has the genes of great magicians, and soon every notable family wants their daughters to marry him, or at least get pregnant with his child. Though mostly a fan-service anime/manga, it's still worth notice for the storyline of romance, humor and the unexpected series finale.
