I must have a thing for romantic comedies, and Ichigo 100% is one of the best I've seen, comparable with Ai Yori Aoshi in that it's a good combination of seriousness but also throws in some humor.
The story focuses on Junpei Manka, high school student who dreams of one day becoming a great film maker. He becomes fixated one day on the school of the roof when he sees a mystery girl (or rather, her strawberry-patterned panties after saving her from a nasty fall) and is determined to make her his girlfriend. Unfortunately, he later realizes he mistook the girl for Tsukaka Nishino. Even more unfortunately for Junpei, he soon crosses paths with Satsuki Kitaoji, who falls in love with him after an encounter with two bullies, and is quite aggressive in her pursuit of him.
A great romantic harem comedy, if you're into love triangles, or in this case, love rectangles, I suggest getting the manga or watching the anime on Youtube. Its closing song "Ike Ike" has inspired a few amvs.
