Hades from Disney's Hercules

As inaccurate in terms of mythology as Disney's take on the Hercules legend was when they turned it into a movie, I can almost forgive that because James Woods voiced Hades, the demonic lord of the dead. James plays Hades very much like a crooked lawyer or car salesman, talking fast and trying to keep control over Hades' pawns, and REALLY flaring up whenever Hades loses his cool. In fact, James Woods said this was one of his favorite roles and that he'd gladly reprise it anytime he's asked. I can really tell James had fun voicing this ghoul and made evil funny because of his portrayal.
