Richard Epcar is also another performer I know for his voiceover work in anime. Like Ted, Richard has often voiced various villains, and is very good at combining some sinister humor with more disturbing aspects of his characters. I think the role he's most known for is Myotismon from the Digimon anime. Dick's also voiced the weird hero Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo from the series of the same name, and he seems just as suited for that role as any.
