The Frog Hermit

While probably a nice guy before his trip to Jusenkyo, when he was cursed by the Spring of Drowned Frog accidentally by Ranma, the man known only as The Frog Hermit began to quest for revenge. He tried to scare Ranma by claiming to have water from the same spring he fell into, but revealed it all evaporated before he could use it, so opted to kidnap Genma, Ryoga and Shampoo and had three frogs pretend to be each of his hostages. The second time he appears, The Frog Hermit is after immortality by eating a legendary dragon. While he only appears twice in the anime, The Frog Hermit has never been up to anything good.
