From the Meowth Head Balloon, Jessie tries to recall Wobbuffet to his Pokeball, but apparently the balloons won't stay level with each other. Wobbuffet gets so excited to see Jessie that he stupidly jumps out of the balloon to her before falling like a stone. Team Rocket is too terrified to realize they're about to crash into a tree.
